If there was a day to take off from running this was it. Last night I was up WAY past my bedtime and had a few extra 7/7's to make taking today off an easy decision. I'm OK with it but just don't want to get into the habit. The week was a good week of training and I am looking forward to build on it and make this next week better. I won't be adding too much to my training over the next two weeks other than a few more day's of
strider's and just a small bump in overall mileage.
