Managed to
acquire my first virus of the season over the week. Had a couple bad days and then tapered off rather quickly. Towards the end of the week I was feeling quite well on my runs and will carry the momentum into this week. Now is the time as well to start improving on strength training three times a week. If I can keep consistent with that program the spring should be a decent season for me.
