West Skyline

By the looks at the weather forecast this may be the last "warmer" morning for some time. It looks like -25 on Friday morning is a strong possibility! Yuk!  I got a decent run on west Skyline this morning heading out to 24th Ave. W. and back. My right Achilles continues to be in the nagging stage and needs immediate attention. I don't need a repeat of last year. I am hoping it is from the jump in mileage (30-60 in three weeks) and will level off if I take good care of it. I will see how feels tomorrow morning and may opt for a biking workout and a swim.
