Good Thing It's Recovery

Monday's are recovery days. I don't have a lot to "recover" from the prior week but it is nice to take it easy on Monday mornings. It's probably best, as the roads were quite slick with ice... my worst nightmare. I took it easy on the corners, and for the most part, I had decent footing on the course I chose. I did the cemetery/UMD loop in the usual time and was happy with this run.
