Black Ice

Since we have not received much snow lately the roads are beginning to clear. Not all of them, as there seems to be a lot of black ice and when you run at O-dark thirty you can't tell what is good and what is ice. The good news is I didn't fall today, just seemed like the opportunity was waiting.

I did the extended Pig's loop out to Martin road and back via Vermilion road. My legs are beginning to adjust to the daily running and if all goes as planned I will have a decent "jump" week in mileage. Easy running with not much thinking.

Totals: 58:00 ~8 miles
