The schedule called for one hour at my current "middle" HR, which turned out to be near 130
bpm. It was quite comfortable in the early miles and I had a difficult time staying at the prescribed HR but after some time it became a bit easier. The hills always make it a bit difficult to maintain HR but I just concentrate on overall effort. Finished with a couple of sets of leg exercises.
Totals: 57:23 7.6 miles (HR 128) 7:36 pace
