The weeks to follow I will start putting in some striders and short faster intervals to get the leg speed back and ready myself for the next two races on the 17th and 25th.
Jeremy and I ran out and back on an old railroad grade which provided a little extra protection from the sun. Nice to do the entire run off of pavement as well.
