I forgot to mention that today was the first day of running in a new pair of
Brooks Launch. Right out of the box and nailed a 14 miler with uptempo at the end. They felt amazing. I hope they continue to impress. Their color is
absolute horrid but I guess a guy cannot ask for everything. I also need to work on finding a pair of marathon shoes over the next three months.

I almost bought these shoes the other day but ended up going with some Mizunos!
I love them so far. I will devote the whole week to them to give them the true test instead of rotating shoes. 20 miler coming up on Sunday!
