Easy Is Hard
I ran the single track in Hartley as my easy, recovery day and I felt every step. One of those days where you just never get to the point of comfort. I guess yesterday's run took a bit more out of me than expected. My legs were quite heavy and sore. It's a good thing the single track is fairly flat. One section of small, rolling climbs but the rest is easy running.
I kept the HR under 130 and the pace matched for trail running.
I'm glad I kept at it, and stretched a bunch after the run making things feel much better.
