Kari, Lucas and I made a trip to Michigan for the weekend to celebrate Lucas's 3rd birthday. Kari and I got to run together while grandma watched Lucas for us.
Our run was an easy run down the road from my parents to Lake Superior in Silver City. We added a short distance from there to get approximately 7.5 for the morning. I am wishing to snowshoe this evening as well. My legs are feeling much better than they did earlier in the week...hopefully a sign of improvement.
