I hope to stay near the 80 mpw once I get up to full volume.<br /><br />Julie, thanks a lot. It sure is an amazing feeling to knock off 20 miles first thing in the morning. At times I have to really step back and look at what I have just done. For me, 20 miles may be just a morning run, where some folks can't imagine that very idea. Feeling good while doing it sure is a nice added bonus.
